How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Anthonyspent Mold Help should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what follows. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Anthonyspent Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider yourself and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Anthonyspent Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@anthonyspent.garden and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
